Explanation of Condition

Heart is 'flipped over' and found on he wrong side of the chest (i.e. the right hand side). A congeital abnormalilty often associated with reversal of other organs.

Guidance

Heart is on the opposite side of the chest. Acceptable in isolation. Check for other anatomical defects and discuss with MO.
