Bacterial Infection causing rash, fever and diarrhoea.

Guidance

If more than seven days from completion of antibiotic course and last symptoms, accept.

Justification: Typhoid and paratyphoid are gastrointestinal infections which rarely have a chronic carrier state. It is usually caught while travelling.
