RECRUITMENT - Not Acceptable

VT - Acceptable if undergoing recommended screening. Inform TC at VT

All women should have a breast examination at medical

Cervical Intraepithelial Neoplasia (CIN)

Acceptable at recruitment and VT if spontaneous resolution, or removed surgically or with cryo/laser therapy, with histologically confirmed Cervical Intra-epithelial Neoplasia (CIN) 1,2 or 3, and donor back on routine national screening programme.


Familial Adenomatous Polyposis

Not Acceptable at recruitment

If undergoing regular screening programme and no features of malignant change discuss with TC at VT
