Guidance
Unacceptable if severe or widespread, or has ever suffered from psoriatic arthritis (joint involvement). Unacceptable if has received more than one course (up to three months) of UV treatment. Unacceptable if requires systemic immunosuppression.
Mild and moderate cases, treated with topical therapy (tar, creams etc...) or a single course of UV therapy (PUVA) are acceptable.
