MO to consider:
If patient discharged from regular follow up. If not, discuss with treating consultant.
Is there a normal ECHO in the past 3 years? If not, organise at medical.
Does donor experience any symptoms? Does the donor has normal exercise tolerance?
If discharged from regular follow up with no evidence of lung / cardiovascular complications, likely able to proceed.
