Explanation of Condition
Inherited disorder of connective tissue (collagen) formation, leading to laxity of the joints. Some sufferers may also have other problems, such as a bleeding tendency.
Guidance
Excessive risk of bleeding with both bone marrow harvest and PBSC. Donor risk is unacceptable.
