Unacceptable if currently under investigation, or within 12 weeks of completion of treatment with tamoxifen or clomiphene for women. In men discuss with medical officer.
Unacceptable if ever treated with pituitary-derived hormones.
Unacceptable if has received donated eggs or embryos since 1980.
Acceptable if treated entirely with non-pituitary derived hormones. If received urinary derived hormones, inform transplant centre.
