Inflammation of the rectum. It may be related to infection, or autoimmune inflammatory bowel disease.
Guidance
Acceptable if fully recovered and underlying cause is not autoimmune, e.g. Crohns/ulcerative colitis.
Ensure sexual history taken.
Discuss with medical officer if necessary.
