RECRUITMENT - Not Acceptable
VT - Acceptable if undergoing recommended screening. Inform TC at VT

Cervical Intraepithelial Neoplasia (CIN)
RECRUITMENT AND VT - Acceptable at recruitment and VT if spontaneous resolution, or removed surgically or with cryo/laser therapy, with histologically confirmed Cervical Intra-epithelial Neoplasia (CIN) 1,2 or 3, and donor back on routine national screening programme.
Familial Adenomatous Polyposis
RECRUITMENT - Not Acceptable
VT - If undergoing regular screening programme and no features of malignant change may be acceptable. Discuss with MO and TC
PALB2
Associated with a high risk of breast cancer and a moderately increased risk of ovarian, pancreatic and possibly other cancers)
Recruitment - Unacceptable
VT - Acceptable:
- If compliant with advised regular screening programme (e.g. for women very high risk breast cancer schedule) and no features/symptoms of malignant change – inform/consult MO
- All women should have a breast examination at medical
- Inform TC if under a screening/surveillance programme
