Hair loss. There are many causes, such as hereditary hair loss or related to sex hormones (particularly testosterone).
Another form of alopecia is alopecia areata, a condition causing patchy hair loss that may be autoimmune in origin.
Guidance
Acceptable for BM only
Inform TC at VT/workup if donor has alopecia areata.
