Explanation of Condition

Condition affecting the blood supply to the extremities, typically the fingers, resulting in characteristic 'white fingers'. It may be part of an autoimmune condition, but frequently occurs in isolation, and is not necessarily autoimmune. There is no evidence that it may be worsened with G-CSF.

Guidance

Unacceptable if part of a multisystem autoimmune disorder. Otherwise acceptable even if requires therapy with vasodilators (such as nifedipine).

Discuss with medical officer if necessary.
